  • Female charged with domestic GBH on Partner
    Sarah-Jane Fountain a 26 year old who is unemployed from Stratton house, Stonegrove, Edgware was charged on 26th of February with attempted Grievous Bodily harm with intent, which had occurred earlier that day, on her partner Jason Gough  

  • Male charged with Burglary of Electrical Store  
    Aramis Patel a 19 year old male from Taylors Mead, Tennyson Road, London NW7 was charged on 26th February with a £2000 burglary at a Car Electrical store in Daws Lane, NW7.

  • Knives seized after Knife Arch used
    As part of the Safer Transport Team's priorities to make traveling on the local buses as safe as possible, the Barnet Safer Transport Team set up a knife arch over the entrance of the Edgware bus station on 24th Feb between 1430-1630hrs to coincide with school finishing time. 

  • Police Dog finds women in the woods
    A women, who was suspected of taking an overdose of tablets' was found by a police dog in Monken Hadley Common, Barnet yesterday night.The women was taken to Barnet General Hospital for treatment where her condition was not considered life threatening.

  • Two men arrested for possession of class A Drugs and a Firearm
    Two men have been arrested on Tithe Close, NW7 for possession of class A drugs and possession of a firearm on Tuesday at 11:15 pm

  • Man arrested for knife possession
    A 25 year old male was arrested by Barnet Police for possession of an offensive weapon (knife) after he brandished a 10 inch combat knife at police officers

  • Residents praise new Safer Town Centre Team  
    On Saturday 6th February the new Safer Town Centre (STC) Team Cricklewood held an open meeting at the play area  KARA WAY NW2  to let local people discuss their problems. Residents expressed their thanks for the work and commitment of the team.

  • Wealthy drugs dealer imprisoned
    A drugs dealer who was found to have moved nearly  £100 000 through his bank accounts has been found guilty of possession of Class A Drugs with intent to supply at Wood Green Crown Court.

  • Safer Town Centre team arrives at Barnet
    As part of a London-wide initiative, the new Safer Town Centre team was established in August 2009 to police Cricklewood Broadway and surrounding streets in a bid to stamp out anti social behaviour and street crime.
