Police Support 'Healing Gardens' Charity
Having successfully applied to the Metropolitan Police in Hillingdon for support in their work, Barry Watson a project Officer for ‘Healing Gardens’ was presented with a cheque for £650 by Chief Inspector Maurice Hartnett on 16 March 2010 at the Hillingdon Autistic Care and Support centre in Hayes.

Premises in Hayes Closed to Curb Anti-Social Behaviour
Following reports about anti-social behaviour from local residents, three addresses in East Avenue, Hayes have been closed. Uxbridge Magistrates Court granted the premises closure orders on 03 March 2010 in accordance with section 11B of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003.

Reaching out to all communities
Townfield Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) of Hillingdon BOCU conducted its first "Drop in" surgery at the ‘Hayes Islamic Centre’ on Pump Lane, Hayes on Friday 26th of February. The aim of the event was to reach out to the wider community and listen to any concerns they have whilst also providing advice.

Police Rescue a Stranded Swan
Uxbridge South Safer Neighbourhoods Team (SNT) came to the assistance of a swan stranded in an area near the Post Office, which is just off Cowley Mill Road Uxbridge. It appears that the swan had got lost and landed on a busy road leading into a building site.

A man who stole money from vulnerable victims was sentenced to 14 Months Imprisonment on 22 January 2010 at Isleworth Crown Court.

Grievous Bodily Harm - two sentenced after violent attack
Two men have been sentenced to a total of 18 years at Isleworth Crown Court on 04.02.10 after a violent attack on a 32 year old man.

Robber given 10 months detention
Abdi Sheik, aged 18 (dob 01.01.1992) of Tudor Road, Hayes, appeared at Isleworth Crown Court on 29 January 2010 and was given 10 months detention and training order for the offence of robbery.

Yiewsley Safer Neighbourhood's Team close Cannabis Factory
A man received 12 weeks imprisonment at West London Magistrates on 06.02.10, after pleading guilty to cultivating cannabis a class B controlled drug at an address in Otterfield Road, Yiewsley, West Drayton.

Hillingdon Marks National Specials Weekend
Twenty four Hillingdon's MSC officers rose to the challenge during National Specials Weekend. Officers were engaged in frontline roles from Friday 4th February 2010 and their efforts resulted in 4 arrests, several stops and they dealt with numerous incidents.

On 5 October 2009, Uxbridge Magistrates court ordered that Sukhpinder Sidhu, aged 23, of Croyde Avenue, Hayes be disqualified from owning dogs for a period of five years.
